Painted plein air at the Eleanor and Edsel Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and tweaked in my studio. Even though I was 20 feet off the road, some guys still stopped dead in the (busy!) street to chat, creating a traffic hazard. Plein air is always an adventure.
